My Approach
Given my strong belief in the unique and individual needs of each person, I work in partnership with my clients to tailor therapeutic interventions that best address each client’s specific needs. I am trained in a variety of treatment interventions and use a multi-modality approach, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for anxiety and depression and Solution Focused Therapy.
